CBCS Enrichment Program Sustainability Fund, 2022
The Enrichment Program continues to provide vital offerings for our school community. In addition to helping working parents and giving kids a social outlet, the Enrichment Program continues to broaden students’ experiences by providing a variety of artistic, cultural, and educational opportunities to expand upon the current academic program at Crested Butte Community School.
Programs include performances, workshops, artist-in-residence programs, and after-school clubs.
In the 2020-2021 school year:
Over 450 students were reached
22 Clubs were offered = 3,647 hours!
2021-2022
This winter, in collaboration with the Center for the Arts, the Enrichment Program is bringing professional actors, dancers, and musicians to our students. The Creede Repertory Theatre will perform “The Guava Tree” for K-5 students. In addition, every elementary classroom will participate in an Acting Workshop with the professionals the students just enjoyed on stage.
In the 2021/2022 school year, the CBCS Enrichment Program is offering more clubs than ever before!
Help Us Remain Sustainable
As the needs of the Crested Butte Community have grown, the demand for this program has increased, but funding is not keeping pace. We need your help to raise $10,000.
