VFW Post 4463 Oaklyn-Audubon COVID-19 Relief Help

We are  Oaklyn-Audubon-Bettlewood VFW Post 4463, located at 5 Manor Avenue, Oaklyn, NJ 08107.  Due to the impact by COVID-19, we are faced with the very possibility of having to close our doors permanently. Our Post is more than just a VFW, it is a second home to many, a safe and peaceful place to come together. Our mission has always been to serve our Veterans, our members and the community. Each year we donate funds to Widows and Orphans National Home in Eaton Rapids Michigan, and to the Veterans Home in Vineland, New Jersey. During the month of May we solicit donations for veterans in need through the VFW Buddy Poppy Program. At the beginning of each school year, we sponsor the "Patriots Pen" and "Voice of Democracy" essay contests for eligible students. Our Post provides a place for people to vote. Each Thanksgiving the Post provides holiday meals for families in need. We also help with local First Responders, Law Enforcement for "Toys for Tots" and so much more when funds are available. 

We take this opportunity to thank all veterans for their service. We offer our thanks to all our first responders, workers, and health care professionals who put themselves in harm's way to take care of us.
