CCHTAI2021-Human Trafficking Awareness Initiative

Want to join us in making a difference? We are a group of Centennial College students, who are endeavoring to shine the light on the crime of Human Trafficking, while raising money for an organization, that has been entrenched in this fight, at the grass roots level, for quite some time.  
 
The FCJ REFUGEE CENTRE, is a Toronto based non-profit organization, that has been educating, advocating, and supporting victims and their families, of this heinous crime for over 25 years. However, like most non-profits and social justice issues, more attention and funding are needed to make a meaningful impact.  
 
When deciding on this initiative, our team was emboldened by the idea put forth by the esteemed writer and political activist Eldridge Clever, that “if you’re not part of the solution, you are part of the problem” – this is just one of the many reasons, that we have chosen to align ourselves with this worthy cause and organization.
