Parker's Surgery & Recovery

Hello friends! I’m in need of some help.

I was involved in an accident, the results of which have severely impacted my mobility. It’s been about five weeks since the initial injury and unfortunately, I am continuing to deal with ongoing complications. I have a surgery date scheduled and am currently preparing as best I can.

I have a lot of feelings surrounding this entire situation. I’m angry. I’m confused. Mostly I’m scared. I’m not prepared for the financial costs and recovery of this surgery. The recovery time is a minimum of 8 weeks before I can even begin attempting walking again. I am cautiously optimistic I’ll make a full recovery. It is just a time consuming, daunting, and expensive recovery period.

It was about a year ago I called in my community for support with raising funds for top surgery. Shockingly this surgery is more expensive than top surgery and I have even less time to prepare.

I’m asking for your help again. Any kind of financial assistance is appreciated.
