Surgery

Hi, my name is Carla and I’m fundraising for my mother, Maria. GoFundMe accounts… we’ve all seen them. Many of us have the honors of never being the one to post one.

Sadly, my siblings and I are on the other side. My mother was on vacation, enjoying her time with family when her heart stopped. Imagine getting a call late at night hearing your mother had a heart attack. Unfortunately, healthcare in Mexico isn’t the best and she is needing heart surgery to be able to be stable enough to even come back home to get the care she deserves and needs. If anyone has ever met my mom you know she is selfless and always has a smile on her face and lights up a room whenever she walks in it. We’re normally strong but last night we were brought to our lowest. I don’t want to make this too long, but I’m asking for the help of my friends and family.
