Help David Fight Cancer

Hello, my name is Tiphani Pennington, and I truly thank you for taking a moment to read this story.

Back in October 2023, my best friend and her family received some ground-shaking news. Her husband, David Reeves (34), found out he had stage 3 colon cancer. With this devastating and unexpected news, comes unexpected medical bills. Thankfully, David's job has allowed him to work from home as he’s undergoing treatment. However, this young family was not prepared for the financial burden. He has a total of 12 treatments, however his insurance has covered 2. This means their family needs to pay for 10 treatments, and after insurance that's $3,500 per treatment. I would like to raise funds for David and his treatments, and other medical bills, and hopefully alleviate pressure and allow him to take some time off and recuperate after treatments. This $40,000 may not cover the expenses in their entirety, but it will help alleviate some financial stress over the next few years as he continues on this journey with additional checkups, scans, and various appointments.

This couple has an amazing heart for the Lord and loves to help and serve in any capacity! David would give you the shirt off his back, with a smile and a corny dad joke to go with it! They are always there to lend a helping hand, and I believe this is a perfect time to reach out and give them a helping hand.
