I am asking for everyone to come together, to help in the only way we can and take just one burden away from this family. My cousins Sarah and David are currently in a gut wrenching situation.  Their daughter Cece was diagnosed with hypoplastic left heart syndrome before she was born. This is where her left ventricle either didn't form or would be severely undersized and without surgery, she wouldn’t survive. Cece is 8 months old and has already been through two heart surgery and has had a massive amount of procedures done. As of late, Sarah and David were informed that she will not only need a heart transplant but a lung as well. This is all very high risk and surgeons have gathered to research as many options they can.    https://www.cdc.gov/ncbddd/heartdefects/hlhs.html    No one could prepare them for the emotional rollercoaster they have been on. 

There is a desperate need for Sarah and Dave to be with their baby as they move into this next critical stage. After already taking leaves of absence from work for the birth of little Cece and her first two surgeries, let’s pull together to help reduce the stresses of basic living expenses (ie mortgage, utilities, gas for the 45 min commute to the hospital) and medical bills so this family can focus on loving and supporting their beautiful baby. We (family of Sarah and David) are reaching out for help;For prayers and financial assistance. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated and will mean more time for these parents to spend with their daughter in this devastating situation. It will be applied to medical, home and childcare bills and to help sustain this family in their greatest time of need.
