Cecil Shaw Needs Our Help

Houston based soul singer Cecil Shaw, whose Dad was Ray Charles favorite singer, has had two strokes very recently and has limited use of his entire right side, unable to walk and hardly able to talk muchless sing. We are trying to raise enough money for Cecil to give him a fighting chance to get healthy and able to one day entertain us with his powerful and beautiful voice.
