Hey there everyone if you know our dad, Pedro Duarte, please keep this QUIET...its a surprise to him...don't spoil it.

Hi, Michelle Duarte and Jacqueline Duarte are asking you to please help us in loving memory of our mother Cecilia Duarte who passed away on April 26, 2023. Cecilia Duarte was born and lived through her young adult life in Bogota, Colombia. With a certificate in bilingual and secretarial studies, she first worked as an assistant to layout for photo shoots at an interior design publication. Later, she worked as an assistant to the editor for a small literary publishing company. she was a tremendous contributor to her family. She emigrated to the United States where she married and started her own family. She was a devoted mother and wife. She loved being involved in school life, initially as a lunch mother, and eventually as a computer teacher aide. Cecilia developed her entrepreneurial skills by starting as a Mary Kay consultant, and ultimately becoming a top rental agent as a real estate salesperson. She worked side by side with her husband as a dynamic duo for over 30 years in real estate.

Cecilia Duarte has left behind her husband, two daughters and two grandsons she will be forever loved and missed.

In setting up this go fund me page would like to help our dad with the financial burden of the funeral expenses and the car expenses that the accident has left behind. Unfortunately on April 29, 2023, my dad and I were in a car accident, leaving behind yet another expense to deal with. Thank you to everyone.
