CEF of Virginia Christian Youth in Action Training Camp
Child Evangelism Fellowship® of Virginia wants you to help us make a difference in the world by bringing children to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We need to raise $7,500 to send teenagers in Virginia to our 2019 Christian Youth In Action® (CYIA®) summer camp. There, they will be trained how to lead our 5-Day Clubs® during the summer after the camp. Any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us, the teens, and especially the children we will evangelize and disciple.
At CYIA camp, we will train 50 - 80 teenagers this June to teach children Bible lessons, missionary stories, and memory verses. They will also be trained in how to share the Gospel Message of Salvation and to counsel children on how to place their faith and trust in Jesus Christ. Additionally, the teens will lead the children in lots of fun songs, review games and high-octane games.
During the 5-Day Clubs, these teens will split up into teams of 3 to 5 and conduct 5-Day Clubs in homes, parks, YMCAs, apartment buildings or wherever children hang out. Typically, the teams do three 5-Day clubs each day during the week. Many do ministry three to four weeks with several clubs each week.
Please help us fund our CYIA Training Camp so that our teens will have the resources they need to minister to children this summer.
