Greetings, HGRNJ Friends and Listeners!

20 Years so far....that is, as of Oct 30, 2024 (Mischief Night), HomegrownRadioNJ.org will be "on the air" for 20 years , despite the myriad of challenges along the way.

The credit goes to you, our Ever-Loyal Listeners, for recognizing and generously supporting the High-Quality of Production and Eclecticism of Music & Talk we have offered here at HGRNJ.org We must also celebrate the dozens of amazing Producers and DJs for their continued Excellence in programming, interviews, and just the plain fun our Producers bring forward on a regular basis. Some on our Roster have been producing with HGRNJ for two decades....going all the way back to Mischief Night Oct 30, 2004, when HGRNJ was launched in a little storefront on Rt 94 in Blairstown, NJ. which eventually evolved into our current digs in what Jumpin’ JB now calls our "Cabin of Cool" in Boonton, NJ.

What began as a desire to share music with our little patch of the world has grown far beyond that original vision by spreading our take on radio across the globe. This Station’s growth and Global Proliferation is truly amazing, given the endless choices out there for people to listen to in the Streaming Music & Talk spheres! We now have programs originating right here in Boonton as well as Alaska,... Thailand,... Queens, NY,.... Las Vegas, NV,... Madrid, Spain,.... and all across the Great State of New Jersey, with our latest addition coming straight from the

Emerald Isle itself...Ireland

Our listeners have supported HGRNJ.org at some of our most crucial junctures! We hope now is no different. To mark our 20th Anniversary on Oct 30, 2024, we would like to ask you, our listeners, to make a Donation to HGRNJ, so that we can create a Truly Fantastic Event to mark the occasion. Often in the past, HGRNJ has relied on the generosity of local, National and International Performers to perform in our Fundraising events that have kept us going strong for the past two decades.
