Celebrate Alex Navarro and Support His Family
Donation protected
Alex Navarro, beloved husband and father of four, passed away on March 17, 2022. Alex worked as a super for several buildings on West 104th Street on the Upper West Side for 17 years. He loved his job and took great pride in his work. He knew and helped everyone on the street and was regularly introducing neighbors to each other.

He was devastated when he lost his job in the fall of 2021. Since then, he experienced lots of difficulties, physically and emotionally.
He leaves behind his wife and four sons, ages 23, 21, 19, and 14, his mother, his father, his brothers, and his sisters. As a father, he was the funniest man, very playful with his wife and children. He and his family used to play tricks on each other all the time. The first time he told his wife, at age 12, “You’re gonna be the wife and the mother of my kids,” she laughed at him. They were together for 37 years and married for 29.

His family needs assistance with funeral expenses, counseling, a car, and monthly expenses while they get back on their feet.
