Celebrate Candy's Life: Support Her Final Wishes

Candice Yvonne McKinney “Candy”, age 53, passed away peacefully on Tuesday August 20, 2024 with Cierra by her side. Although she lived with CLL for several years and continued to fight that battle she never let that stop her from living her best life or her faith in god. Ultimately unexpected organ failure took her life.

Candy was often considered the life of the party. Her contagious personality, laughter, and humor filled a room instantly. She was always able to bring out the best in everyone she met and loved unconditionally. Even though she lived with cancer for the past decade her positive outlook touched many hearts.

Because this was very unexpected the family was not prepared for the costs associated with this. Candy's wishes were to be cremated and rather than a service she wanted a celebration of life. The family appreciates any donations to help cover these costs for this tragic loss.

Candy will be greatly missed because she touched so many lives.
