Celebrate Chloe and help her children make memories

Sadly my beautiful daughter passed away after an epileptic fit that stopped her heart. She was only 28 years old and mum to two young children. We are not a rich family but want Chloe to have the best send off. Her parting gift to the world was she donated her organs and helped 4 people have a new lease on life when she no longer could.

Her partner and love of her life is left a single dad to two under 8. We would love to help towards the funeral and to help these children make some memories to help brighten their lives.

Today 1/12/24 Simon received a certificate, a thank you letter and a golden heart pin from the donor team as recognition of Chloe's gifts. It was also confirmed that Chloes heart went to a child who was on end of life but now has literally the gift of life x

We would like to share the details of Chloes final journey with everyone.

Chloe's ceremony will be on Friday the 20th of December at 11 am at:

GreenAcres Heatherley Park Headley, Grayshott Rd, Hindhead, GU35 8LA

Any donations to the Hampshire Air ambulance if people would like to.

Nobody is excluded, Everybody is welcome, BUT as a family, we now ask you to suppress any disputes you may have with one another. Chloe will be respectfully put to rest.

This time will be to celebrate Chloe.

Grayshot Social Club:

Hill Road, Grayshott, Hindhead, GU26 6HL, for food and to raise a glass or two in Chloe's honour

Chloe will be returned to Heatherley as her final resting point for anyone to enjoy and remember in the years to come x

These are decisions made by her family as a collectively and in her honour.

We ask everyone respect our right to grieve in our own way.

Anyone that meant something to chloe will be welcomed to

honour her. It's about chloe's life and nothing else.
