The story is profound in that the day that his father entered the hospital to fix his heart with a pacemaker, Darryl entered the hospital fighting for his life and later losing that battle two days later. The condition of the heart figuratively and in reality is profound.

Darryl was a beacon of love, kindness, and humility. Whether he was sharing a laugh with family, offering support to those in need, or simply being there with a warm embrace, he touched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

In honor of Darryl’s life and to give him the send-off he truly deserves, we are organizing a memorial service to celebrate his legacy and provide closure for those who loved him.
