Celebrate Liam's Life: Support His Family

Liam Ryan Metz was born July 24th 2013.

He was the most giving and good boy anyone could ever be blessed to meet.

On June 17th 2022 Liam was diagnosed with stager 4 terminal cancer right before he was going to start playing soccer, his favorite sport.

He was given 2 months to live, but he and our family were blessed to have 30 months with him by his Daddy, Mommy, brother Noah, sister Ava, Grandmother Brenda, Uncle Kevin and his uncle Justin that loved Liam so very much.

On December 18th 2024 he took his last breath after Mommy and Daddy held his hand in ICU of CHKD at 1:47am.

He held on as hard as he could for his family.

But while mommy and daddy were in the hospital holding his hands mommy said it’s okay to please be with in heaven with God and Jesus’ arms, and that’s the moment he took his last breath.

The Metz family is in need of support for his burial.

Liam has been the best teacher, fighter, warrior and completely selfless lover of all.

Liam is going to be honored in the best way possible.

Liam unfortunately didn’t make it to Christmas which was his favorite time of year.

Liam was able to open a few gifts with the last strength he had at home in his bed.
