It’s Mariam’s birthday!

Since 2015, Mariam has rescued thousands of Georgian stray cats and dogs. A year ago, we founded Zero Strays Georgia to support her work.

Now, it’s the giving season, but we’re too busy and anxious to raise funds. Every day, we’re fighting in the streets of Georgia for the future of our country—more about that here. Right now, we’re stretched thin, and we’ve barely received donations in December.

But our work doesn’t stop, and our costs still accumulate. We have 60+ rescues in paid foster care that require monthly foster fees, food, and medical costs. We’re also constantly juggling around a dozen medical cases.
