Help Me Celebrate My Doctoral Achievement in Style! ✨

Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,

I am beyond excited to share that I will soon be graduating with my Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) from Barry University! This achievement represents years of dedication, sacrifice, and passion for helping others—but it has not been an easy road.

As a school social worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and a proud mom of two young children, balancing work, family, and doctoral studies has been both rewarding and challenging. While I would love to walk across the stage in custom doctoral regalia, the financial burden of daycare, student loans, and everyday expenses makes this an extra cost my family simply cannot afford at this time.

Why Custom Regalia?

Earning a doctorate is a once-in-a-lifetime accomplishment, and wearing Barry University’s custom regalia would be a meaningful way to honor the hard work, late nights, and sacrifices that made this possible. More than just a gown, it represents the journey I’ve taken and the example I want to set for my children—that perseverance and education can open doors to making a difference.
