Celebrate the Life of Michael Gillette

Hello Everyone, I am helping my cousin Danielle with this GOFUND me page for her Dad, which is my Uncle. He was a funny, sarcastic, and outgoing person. He was a huge Giants Fan and loved the game of baseball. When he was in high school he was loved by everyone especially the ladies, they all called him "The Ladies Man" He was survived by his Daughter Danielle, his Son Shawn and his grandson Cruz. He also survived by His sister Paula and Bothers, Jimmy and Ron. He is now laid to rest with his Mother Dolores, Father Lee Gillette and also his Older brother Tyler Gillette. He sunrised in Livermore, Ca and moved to Tracy Ca in the early 80's and where he started his career as the #1 Fixed Operations Director with GM Motors in Walnut Creek, Ca. He served 30 years in the industry until he was diagnoised with a Brain Tumor in 1996 which he struggled with but overcame over the years. He lived a great life until he became diagnosed with Colon Cancer in April of 2024. He had lost his battle with complications from Chemo on July 13, 2024 in Turlock, Ca. The Family is wanting to have a Celebration of life to honor Micheal Gillette. Anything will help. Thank you all that was part of his life, he is now resting peacefully. Thank you and God bless. He will be missed by everyone. His funeral service will be held at Lighthouse church in Denair @11am following a celebration of life at the American Legion in Turlock ca.
