Remembering Neisha Bryce
Donation protected
- My name is Simone and I'm helping my friend, Melanie Farrell, give her beloved daughter, the late Neisha Bryce, a memorial service that befits her beautiful soul. Neisha's life was cut tragically short early this month when she finally succumbed to the many years of unrelenting suffering she endured as a consequence of her mental Illness. Sadly, she had been plagued by the black dog, among other demons, from such a young age. Unlike other illnesses, there was no escaping her own, so she decided to take matters into her own hands.
- Neisha was not only a precious daughter; she was also a dear friend of mine whose friendship I treasured. We never met in-person (we met virtually, during an online video chat) and our friendship was still very much in its infancy. I am honoured that, despite this, she considered me to be a true friend; one of the only people she knew who understood her illness and the pain that came with it.
- Mel envisions a dignified and loving memorial service that pays tribute to and embodies the true Neisha so few of us knew. She wishes for a service that reflects the love and respect she felt for her daughter, of which she received so little while she was living. We are so grateful for any help you can contribute toward making Mel's vision a reality. Neisha will be missed forever and always live on in our hearts. May she rest in peace.
