Honoring the Life of Nicky Noel Wright

The family is raising funds because the VA denied the initial request to support with transporting Nicky home, where he wants to be laid to rest. We are also working to transport his personal belongings back to Florida.

We are coming together to honor the life of our beloved Nicky Noel Wright — a proud U.S. Air Force Sergeant, a masterful Chef, and above all, a deeply caring soul who made a lasting impact on everyone he met.

Nicky had a heart as big as his smile. He showed up for his family, his friends, his fellow service members, and his community without hesitation. Whether it was through his service to our country or the love he poured into every meal he cooked, Nicky made sure those around him felt seen, loved, and nourished — body and soul.

Now, it's our turn to show up for Nicky.

Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to celebrating his life in a way that would make him proud.

Thank you for standing with us. Thank you for loving Nicky.

The memorial service date is still being finalized, but the family is hoping to hold it during the second weekend in May.
