Pius Tawiah was born in Sampa, Ghana, and spent his life dedicated to service, education, and family. A proud U.S. military veteran, he served six years, embodying the values of duty and commitment. Pius pursued higher education at the University of Botswana and Essex County College, followed by studies at Baylor Physical Therapy and Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences, where he cultivated his passion for health and wellness.
Known for his love of working out, socializing, and traveling, Pius brought joy to those around him with his vibrant spirit. He leaves behind a legacy of connection and resilience, cherished by his eight siblings, primarily residing in Ghana and Botswana.
Tragically, Pius passed away unexpectedly at his home in Lodi, NJ. In honoring his memory, funds are being raised to assist his brother Sylvester with transporting Pius's body to their homeland in Ghana, where many family members await to celebrate his life and contributions, as well as to help with funeral expenses. Pius will be deeply missed but remembered for his unwavering spirit and love for his family.
