Celebrate the Life of Victoria Popp Together

Hello, a beautiful person, loving daughter and niece, amazing sister, and incredible friend has passed away. Victoria Popp enriched the lives of everyone she encountered.

We would very much like the opportunity to celebrate her life with a live-cast memorial service to be held in the very near future. All contributions would be immensely appreciated.

UPDATE:

Vicki’s memorial service will be held on Saturday November 2nd between the hours of 2pm-4pm at Stradford Funeral Home on Staten Island.
