Celebrate William Priest's Life and Legacy

This GoFundMe page is designed to ask for your kindness and generosity in helping us to raise awareness for the disease of Aortic Stenosis. This disease affects 2.5 million people in the U.S. It is a heart related disease that causes thickening of the heart valve.

In honor of our father William Edward Priest (84), a devout Christian and sports fanatic, a Celebration of Life Event will be held on June 7th, 2025 to honor him and allow us to donate to Aortic Hope of Maryland. Since 2016, this visionary charity has helped to spread hope, create awareness, and provide support to patients, survivors, and caregivers during the recovery and management of aortic disease. As a child, our father was diagnosed with this disease, but under a doctor’s watchful eye, he kept very active throughout his 84 years of life. However as with most diseases, it worsens over time and eventually took our father on November 19th, 2024.
