Jogging for Jack 2021

Jack’s Basket celebrates an average of 5 babies diagnosed with Down syndrome every day.  Our WISH is for every baby born with Down syndrome to be celebrated and welcomed to the world with unconditional LOVE and JOY.  We accomplish this by mailing and, when possible, providing in-person deliveries of baskets filled with amazing gifts and resources for a family as they welcome a new baby with Down syndrome into their homes and hearts. We also believe in the importance of education, both at an individual and community level, which is why we offer medical outreach programs to medical providers who work with new moms and families of babies born with Down syndrome in an effort to help eliminate bias in the medical community around a Down syndrome diagnosis.

More information about Jack's Basket: Our mission is to celebrate babies with Down syndrome. We strive to ensure that every new and expectant parent is provided resources and avenues of support within the community. We aim to educate medical providers on how to discuss the diagnosis in an unbiased way in hopes that having a baby with Down syndrome is celebrated like any other.
