It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Marcia Delores Davis on August 30, 2024, at the age of 74. Born on June 21, 1950, to Earthadella and Clarance Davis, Marcia was a woman of warmth, humor, and an unwavering love for her family.

Marcia was a devoted mother to three daughters and leaves behind two surviving daughters, Sonjia and Andrea, who will carry on her legacy of love and strength. She was predeceased by one of her beloved daughters. She is also survived by her three sisters, Sandra, Yvette, and Monteen, all of whom shared a close and loving bond with Marcia.

Her greatest joy in life was her family. She was the proud grandmother to Kendell, Karnell, Kalvin, Kadira, and Alexus, and her heart overflowed with love for her four great-grandchildren: Maurice, Mahniya, Aiden, and Kahmari. They will all forever remember her as a constant source of joy, laughter, and wisdom.

Marcia was known for living life to the fullest. Her bold spirit, sharp wit, and straightforward nature made her unforgettable. She could light up any room with her humor and was never one to shy away from speaking her mind. To know Marcia was to know laughter, honesty, and an unbreakable love for her family.

Her passing leaves an irreplaceable void, but the memories she created with her loved ones will continue to bring comfort and joy.
