Celebrating Sarah Blackwelder's Life

It is with total disbelief and with the heaviest of hearts that I share the news of the unexpected passing of my beloved wife, Sarah Blackwelder. She passed this weekend due to medical complications. I am completely devastated at the loss of my better half, the love of my life, my person. I am so grateful to have experienced the love she blessed me with and will miss her for the rest of my life. The years we were able to spend together made me a better person (she tended to have that effect on people). Sarah was a devoted Wife, incredible dog mom, beloved friend, amazing coworker and all-around wonderful woman. She will live on with all of the memories that she made with each of y’all.

A celebration of life will be held in New Mexico in September. We understand not all are able to attend and if you'd be so inclined to donate towards her service, our hearts would be filled with love. Any left over contributions will be donated to a charity Sarah felt strongly about- service animals
