Celebrating the Life of Beautiful Jordyn.

Hi, my name is Melissa, and I am reaching out to all of you to join us in helping this family honor their Beautiful girl Jordyn. I have been part of Jordyn's life for 14 years, and she holds a very special place in my heart. Jordyn was not only a loving daughter but also a granddaughter, niece, cousin, sister and mother to her sweet daughter Aniyah. Jordyn was the most loving and caring soul; one of the most important things to her was her family. Her family would like to honor her by purchasing a headstone to be placed by her aunt Toni and giving her family a place to visit, especially her young daughter. There will also be a Celebration of Life Ceremony and some future plans to Celebrate her. If anyone would like to help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated. This family is so grateful for the outpouring of love they have recieved.
