Celebrating the life of Cedric Jerome Rogers Jr.

 

 

My name is Denise Barnes Ramirez and I am the cousin of Cedric Jerome Rogers Jr.

“Ce-Jay” (which he was known as affectionately) was born on August, 22 1986, in

Jacksonville North Carolina to Cassandra “Tessa” Rogers and Cedric Jerome Rogers Sr.

Ce-Jay was tragically killed by a UPS tractor trailer on interstate 40 in Duplin

County, North Carolina on Wednesday morning, October 13, 2021.

 

As part of his life and legacy, Ce-Jay should be remembered for serving his country in the United States Army.

He served with the Apache Unit E Co. 1/130th Aviation in Morrisville, North Carolina.

We honor him for his service and dedication.

 

He is survived by his parents, grandparents, daughters, sisters and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members.
