Celebrating the life of Jarred Siciak

Those of us who love Melanie Siciak and her late husband Jarred Siciak are reaching out to ask for support on their behalf. On March 15th, Jarred died in a tragic accident while working on his truck. He was 35.

Although we can never truly know what life has in store for us, Melanie was anticipating a long life ahead with her partner in crime. Melanie and Jarred's love story began in 2013, at the University of New Hampshire, and they were married in 2016. Jarred helped support their life with his reputable hardscaping business, Big Bear Landscapes, which he stewarded with passion and integrity. Together, they lived in an epic tiny home on wheels in Bow, New Hampshire and were in the process of searching for a property where they could put down some roots.

There is no way to spare Melanie from the unimaginable grief that comes with losing her husband, but we can help to alleviate some of the considerable financial hardship that comes with losing a spouse. We'd like to ask for your support in doing just that.

A significant portion of these funds will go towards a celebration of life for Jarred that Melanie is planning to hold this June. It will be a time to honor Jarred—to share memories and fellowship with friends and family in love and grief. All remaining funds will go towards supporting Melanie as she negotiates this earth-shattering transition.
