Celebrating the Life of Michael Spooner

On January 3rd, our dear friend Michael Spooner (35) was tragically taken from us in an accident. His wife, Kayla (29), was also injured but is thankfully on the path to recovery. In the midst of her healing, she is planning a memorial and celebration of life to honor Michael’s incredible spirit and the impact he had on everyone who knew him.

Michael was a thoughtful, kind-hearted man whose iconic laugh could light up any room. He had a way of making people feel seen, loved, and valued, and he was always ready to lend a helping hand to a friend in need. Michael and Kayla shared a deep love for animals, especially their seven fur babies. Their home is filled with wagging tails, gentle purrs, and the joy that reflects Michael’s kind and caring nature. His warmth, generosity, and unmistakable laugh will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

We are raising funds to help Kayla and both sides of their families, who have been providing incredible support, organize a memorial and celebration of life for Michael. These funds will also assist with travel expenses for Michael’s family coming in from England. Any remaining funds after these arrangements will be donated to a charity close to Michael and Kayla’s hearts, ensuring his legacy of kindness continues.
