Celebrating the life of our little angel Skylar

Hello everyone! My name is Cristina and I am starting a gofundme to celebrate the beautiful yet way too short life of Skylar Elizabeth Mary Ventura. Skylar entered this world on July 5th, 2023 and immediately touched the lives of so many. Sadly she was only on this earth for one week and passed on July 13, 2023. She was loved by all, from her devoted parents Jennie and Tommy Ventura to her family, close friends, the Yale New Haven Children's Hospital NICU and every nurse that cared for her. She was so special that nurses would volunteer to just take care of her for their entire shift. There was a special aura around her that impacted everyone in her presence. She had a magnetizing personality that was tough, spunky and adorable. She fought beyond hard and I have no words that can describe how impressed and proud I am of her. I am grateful to have been able to meet Skylar and I hope to continue her legacy by creating this gofundme. It is essential that everyone comes together to support Skylar's family at this time. It is unimaginable to understand what her parents are experiencing.
