- On July 31st at 5:59 am in Killeen Texas, my sister with the most beautiful soul was pronounced dead after being brutally murdered in her own apartment. My 24 year old sister Skyler Mills and I thrived off of family & many friends, loving everyone’s children like her own. Skyler was a God fearing, loving, most free spirited, hardworking woman. The whole community loved her. Skyler will be greatly missed & forever loved by any one who was lucky enough to cross paths with her.
