Celebration of Life for Becky Davis

My mom spent her last night on this Earth doing what she loved- supporting our president at the Trump Rally in Dallas, Texas. While returning to her vehicle, she was struck by an unsuspecting motorist and suffered fatal injuries. We take comfort in knowing that she spent her final hours supporting a cause for which she cared very deeply.
We will be holding a Celebration of Life for her, per her wishes. My mother never wanted for her loved ones to cry for her, but to celebrate the experiences she had in this life.
In her 52 years she brought so much love, joy, and admittedly a bit of discord into all of our lives. She did not follow the rules; in fact, she laughed at them. She had strong opinions and she was proud of them. I will always cherish my memories of her as an eccentric. There was truly no one else like her on this Earth.
Per her wishes, we will not be having a funeral. Alternatively, we will be hosting a celebration of her life. We want this to be an event at which she would have felt right at home. We would be incredibly grateful for any stories (uncensored, of course) of my mother's life to be shared during this celebration. She lived her life with no filter or regrets and we would like the same to be expressed in her remembrance. Everyone who feels compelled to attend is welcomed. All that we ask is that you bring a story or two and your love for my mother. The date and location for the party is to be determined.
She loved wildflowers. If you would like to donate flowers, please do your best to make them wildflowers. Additionally, her goal in life was to save ALL of the cats. She would be incredibly grateful for any donations made to local animal shelters.
Half of all of the monetary donations received will be sent directly to her favorite animal shelters.
The Twitter Community was so incredibly important to my mother. She built friendships and lifelong relationships there. I am incredibly grateful for the companionship the venue has provided for my mother. Thank you for making her voice heard.
