Withheavy pain in our hearts, we must inform you that our sweet friend, grandfather, father, father-in-law and husband, Edison Saavedra, has passed away due to Congestive Heart Failure. However, as he told us many times before, he wanted us to remember him for the kind, funny, and caring person he was. Known for his ability to make friends with his fun-loving personality, he had a lot of people that were dear to him.
Before he was sick, he would be able to walk into any room and bring smiles to almost anyone. As many of his friends, which he considered family, tell us how much he meant to them, we want to make sure he is celebrated and remembered by the way he lived. He always believed in helping people and doing the right thing, a quality he made sure to instill in his family. Any time he could lend a helping hand he never hesitated to do.
He loved his family more than anything in the world and they know he is in a better place. Right now they are grieving and we are doing this GoFundMe to help them through this difficult time. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, his three daughters and son, his three grandchildren, and his many pets, six dogs and cat.
Please help us remember our friend "Eddie" in anyway you can.
Con un gran dolor en nuestros corazones, debemos informarles que nuestro dulce amigo, abuelo, padre, suegro y esposo, Edison Saavedra, falleció debido a una insuficiencia cardíaca congestiva. Sin embargo, como nos dijo muchas veces antes, quería que lo recordamos por la persona amable, divertida y cariñosa que era. Conocido por su capacidad para hacerse amigo con su personalidad amante de la diversión, tenía muchas personas que le eran queridas.
Antes de enfermarse, podría entrar a la habitación y llevar sonrisas a casi todo el mundo. Como muchos de sus amigos, a los que consideraba familiares, nos dicen lo mucho que significó para ellos, queremos asegurarnos de que sea celebrado y recordado por su forma de vivir. Siempre creyó en ayudar a las personas y hacer lo correcto, una cualidad que se aseguró de inculcar en su familia. Siempre que podía echar una mano, nunca dudaba en hacerlo.
