Celebration of life for Kelby R Hall

Today, I am coming to say that my brother was taken from us and it was a hit & run in Janesville Wisconsin, he had no Life Insurance, and my family is just trying to find resources to help to lay him to rest he was very important and on a mission to be a better father to his 10 kids who are hurting from the Fact that he was taken from them, a wife who Is fighting herself We are doing everything We can today my brother to rest the right way.
