Celebration of Life Memorial for Richard Dotson Sr.

Family and friends, my father Richard Dotson Sr. passed peacefully on November 30th. Dad was a kindhearted and giving man who never met a stranger. He was known for being a handyman and jack of all trades, always lending his time and skills to those in need. Even while conquering his personal battles, he was known for ministering to and encouraging those he met along his journey. He loved playing the bass guitar, spending time with family and friends, fishing, and dominating the pool table.

We were not expecting his sudden loss nor the high cost of the memorial service. I am currently asking for donations to cover the arrangements and Celebration of Life Memorial for my dad. We need to raise $4,222. Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time. We are so very grateful for every donation!

His Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at Newcomer East Louisville Chapel located at 235 Juneau Dr, Louisville, KY 40243 on Saturday, December 21, 2024. Visitation will be 12:00 - 1:30 pm (EST) and the Memorial Service will be 1:30 - 3:00 pm (EST). The Memorial Service will also be available to view live online for anyone who is unable to attend in person.
