Celebration of Life for Zechariah DeBruyn

Our History
As you know we lost a special guy a few weeks ago. Many of you may not know we've grown up with Alma. And when you hear the saying "love at first sight" this rings true when she first met Gary. And a few years later when we learned Zech would be coming into this world the love between these two grew even stronger. You experienced this when you met Zech and it was evident in the young man he turned out to be.
Our Mission
With prayers flowing in for Alma, Gary and Zaylor, we want to help support their beautiful LOVING family. Let's come together as family, friends, and community to help with a memorial fund that Alma and Gary will be able to use during this difficult time.
Please share with others, but we ask that you DO NOT post on Facebook or any other social media. Emailing or texting the link would be a great option.
About Zech
We were blessed to be apart of Zech's life for the last 18 years. You could not have asked for a more loving, sweet, kindred spirit. He was fierce on the soccer field and prayerful in church and in his life. Zechariah was loved by many and will never be forgotten.
"Zechariah David "Zech" DeBruyn went to be with the Lord April 20, 2019.
Zech was born on August 14, 2000. He was a student at Shawnee Mission East High School. He's survived by his father and mother, Alma and Gary DeBryun and sister Zaylor, Grandparents Robert and Tracy DeBryun and Eleanor DeBruyn. Zach has an extensive family of 7 aunts, 6 uncles, 18 cousins, and 7 great cousins.
He will be remembered by his friends and family for his big he heart, gentle spirit, and contagious Smile"
