Celebration of Sue Sparano's Life

This fundraiser is to honor the life of my mom, Sue, and help support my dad, Ron, in the aftermath of her tragically passing away from cancer in early August. I hope to raise enough money to help my dad pay off the medical, funeral, debts, and other expenses.

For those that know my mom, she was always kind, compassionate, friendly, and very active. She was always generous and went above and beyond to help my dad, help me, coworkers, friends, family, and charitable causes. Everyone that knew her said, "She was always so kind to me and helped me whenever I needed it." My mom also loved to be out doing things, traveling, and keeping busy. She planned to do the same in retirement starting next year.
My mom started feeling sick in mid-May of this year. By the end of the month, she was diagnosed with a rare cancer in her liver. She went through dozens of tests, procedures, and 2 chemo treatments during the months of June and early July, but continued to feel worse. In mid July, things reached the point where she needed to be hospitalized from her symptoms. She passed away just 2 weeks later.
The entire ordeal was only slightly over 2 months from the onset of symptoms until she passed away. Things happened so quick that it left our family in shock, disbelief, and with no time to prepare. My mom handled all of the finances for her and my dad, so my dad (with my help) has had to pick up the pieces since her passing.
