Celestial Shine Magazine
Spende geschützt
Hi, my name's Emily Punjack. When I was 16, I loved receiving Seventeen Magazine in the mail, but I couldn't wear most of the fashions because they didn't adhere to the standards of the Mormon church. I always thought it would be nice to have a teen modest fashion magazine just for the young women of the Church. Fast forward 12 years. I was a return missionary, married, and living in Pennsylvania, but still couldn't forget that dream to start a magazine for the Young Women. So with my editing and design background from Brigham Young University, I decided to follow my dream and just go for it! A year later, I am ready to take this project even further and share Celestial Shine magazine with the LDS youth that really need it!
Celestial Shine Magazine (TM) (previously Celestial Magazine) is a bi-monthly modest fashion magazine designed to provide young women with modest fashion and quality writing based upon the standards of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The young women are the models and some of the writers and photographers. With the help of so many talented people, I have already created 3 digital issues of Celestial Magazine that have been shared through email. But email only works so well with a 112-page publication, and many of you have requested printed copies. So in order to make the magazine into a printed publication, I need your help! The more printed copies ordered, the cheaper the magazine can be created. I already have a printer set up. I just need the funds!
Want to see what the magazine is like? Check out the first few pages of the last issue at celestialmagazine.com or request a free issue!
