Center Point Rec-center

This is a school project for a hypothetical proposal for a rec center. Our goal is to "raise money" for our town to open a recreation center for teens who have nothing to do that is affordable in our town. We do not need actual money for this, however on the off chance someone donates the funds will go to Woman for Afghan Woman.
