About Centro Chiropractic Family Food Relief
Millions of people who are desperate and in need, won’t be able to benefit by the huge $2.2 Trillion stimulus package passed recently.
Either because they were too poor to file a tax return, don’t have a social security number or have the ability to leave the house and shop for groceries.
For these people, there is not only a worry about where their next check is coming from, how to keep their family safe during this unique time in history…but what will their meals look like…and will they have food available for them and their families?
Centro Chiropractic has 9 locations in the Pacific North West and see many (if not all) of our communities being hit hard by this situation, and we felt it is the right thing to do to help in any way possible.
So, we have started this GoFundMe campaign to deliver food to those in need as a direct response to this pandemic. Centro will be donating $2500 of food per week for as long as we can, and with the help of our local chapter of the 7th day Adventist and the Oregon Food Bank, have the resource to staff and deliver essential food and groceries to those seeking help.
Every week we will be getting food in, sorting it out, boxing it up and delivering. We have set up a form on our website:

where people can sign up for this program and get the aid they need.
We are asking those in our communities and beyond for their support in helping. Every $20-$50 will supply a box of groceries for a family in need.
100% off all the donations will go directly to purchasing the food.
Staffing, trucks for delivery, bags/boxes for packing are all being provided by Centro Chiropractic and the 7th Day Adventist Church.
There is no requirement to be a past or present patient of Centro Chiropractic, or a member of a church, this is simply to touch those that are falling through the cracks of our system at this time.
OUR GOAL is to get these supplies out to as many families as possible in the Portland, Salem and Vancouver areas. If together we can touch and support 1000 families or more, how amazing would that be?!?
