Help Jennifer Battle Stage III Cervical Cancer

- My name is Jennifer and this fundraiser is for myself. In October 2024, I was diagnosed with Stage 3(C) cervical cancer. The subtype C means that it has developed on the outer surface of my cervix and it spread to my lymph nodes. At first, we were hopeful that a hysterectomy would solve the problem, but because it is Stage 3(C), a hysterectomy could actually increase the probability of the cancer spreading more than what it already had. My oncologist, Dr. Moxley from Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute, is extremely qualified for the job. She is wonderful and she didn’t wasting any time in starting my chemotherapy and radiation treatment, which begin on November 13th.
- That is why this GoFundMe fundraiser is so vital… I had to put in an immediate resignation to my employers and I am desperately needing help addressing my lack of income and ongoing medical expenses. For whatever reason, my insurance company doesn’t pay for any radiation treatments. It does pay some on chemotherapy and after they did, I have found myself financing both chemotherapy and radiation treatment for 18 months and again, I’m unable to work throughout this. Any and all donations are beyond appreciated. Even the smallest amount of money will help me prevail in this medical and financial battle against cancer. I am and will forever be grateful for you and your support. As much as I will not forget this chapter of my life, I will never forget those of you who lifted much of the burden in an already frightening situation. I cannot express my gratitude enough.
