Cesar sustained injuries and had his food thrown

San Bernardino PD and Code Enforcement illegally detained Cesar who was selling tacos and gave him several injuries. He lost a day's worth of food worth over of $1,800 and his equipment worth an estimated $3,500. Cesar also suffered a heart attack a couple of weeks ago and when his wife tried telling police as they detained him they detained her. They said "oh well, if something happens we'll call an ambulance".
