Help Zoe Fight Cancer

Zoe is a fabulous chef whose innovative recipes look as good as they taste. Her food blogging and photography catalogs that for the world, but if you’ve been out to live performances in her city or listened to her podcast, you know she is a creative comedian and performer at heart.

Zoe lives in Seattle, WA with her loving partner Alex and works at a community cookbook store where she helps host author events. Although frequently busy with work and projects, Zoe is an active part of her community, a supportive friend, a loving daughter, and certainly the cool sister and aunt we all wish we had.

Our Zoe has big aspirations, but right now she needs our help. Earlier this year, Zoe was diagnosed with breast cancer. She also learned that she carries the BRCA2 gene mutation, which puts her at high risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer in the future. In the next six-plus months, Zoe will undergo intensive treatment, including two surgeries and preventative care for ovarian cancer. These essential procedures and treatments will ensure her well-being but come at a very high cost beyond the standard insurance coverage she has. We, her dear friends, are fundraising to help ensure that Zoe can receive the care she needs.
