CFC Valladolid,Yucatan Mission Trip
Hey friends!
It was only a few months ago when Keegan Krell had a crazy idea... take a small group of High School Students down to Mexico on a mission trip. That idea grew and now the high school ministry at Catalina Foothills Church, The Rock, has the exciting opportunity to take a group of students on a mission’s trip to Valladolid, Yucatan, Mexico. We will be partnering with Scottsdale Bible Church missionaries who have been working in Valladolid for over 40 years.
Our team will be serving in the hospital there, where team members from SBC who practice General and Laparoscopic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgery, Ophthalmology General and Pediatric Dentistry and General and Specialized Nursing will be helping the people of Valladolid who need care. In addition we will be going to local villages where we will be leading a Vacation Bible School for about 100 kids, building playgrounds, and constructing an area for Children's Ministry at a local church.
The cost is $1,850 per person, which means we need to raise $18,500 in order to send our team of 10 people. We ask that you prayerfully consider supporting us financially as we prepare to go serve the people of Valladolid. We also ask that you would pray for our team, and the people we are going to encounter, that ultimately Jesus would be glorified.
