CH cat (Nips) is desperate for help!

This is an extremely hard fundraiser to make. Nips is a cat who has CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia), he has survived F.I.P. (which is usually fatal for cats), and has had a life full of ups and downs health wise.
But he survived it all!
In the process we have spent thousands on his health care, so we wanted to be sure whoever adopted him would be able to handle the financial aspect of his health as well as the physical demands. So we have had him in foster care at Kittens In The Mitten and have become extremely attached to him.
Nips is everything to my wife. She has been through it all with him and he has showed his appreciation with so much love and affection.
He is not doing well and is currently at the vet needing a blood transfusion which will cost somewhere between $1500/$3000. With nearly 200 cats in foster care already, we just don't have the extra funds to afford that.
We are praying for a miracle here. We can't lose him and we are going to do whatever it takes to help him pull through like he always has!

This is a picture I took for an idea I had when we were going to make songs for Nips about a year ago, when life was extremely hectic for both of us. Unfortunately we haven't had the time to complete that project yet. I keep telling him he has to hold on so we can make history.
