CHAs walk for Plaza Community Cinema
We are raising money in aid of PLAZA COMMUNITY CINEMA and every donation will help.
Crosby Housing Association is a community-based housing association, located in Waterloo. We value our community partners and work together to support each other where we can.
The Plaza cinema needs our help. The cinema has had to close following the outbreak of Covid-19 and they are facing extreme financial pressures that threaten their future. They are a fundamental part of the Waterloo Community sector and we want to raise money to help them to survive.
We are a small housing association with most of our homes in Seaforth, Waterloo, Bootle and Litherland.
We have two schemes outside this area one in Liverpool and one in Southport and On Friday 17th July 2020 we will walk from Liverpool to Southport, taking in our core neighbourhoods on the way. (a total of 19.6 miles) to raise money for the Plaza.
CHA has a long tradition of working with partners and we are delighted that so many of them have agreed to join in the walk which we will do in relay. On the day, updates will be posted on our social media channels.
We are all really looking forward to supporting the cinema and we would be very grateful for any donation you are able to give.
