Chad’s Cancer Treatment

This was a post from my mother tonight:
“Last Wednesday we received news that the tumors in Chad's lungs were growing quickly and had encapsulated his arteries from lung to heart. The doctor told us the therapies that might work for us were not covered by insurance. She said it would be about 10,000 every three weeks. Darkness confusion, then prayers. I remember praying "lead me guide me, walk beside me, help me find the way, Trying to work out in my mind what needed to happen and how to make it happen. We had just gotten our first check from ballerina farm flowers and I thought that would help cover the costs. So I called the doctor and said schedule Chad as soon as possible. The nurse called back a few hours later and told me it would be closer to 30,000, the first time and $20,000 every time after. I went down in the shop and was talking to our employees, when the thought came, sell the red truck. We know time is important. He has about 7 inches of tumors in his lungs. One an inch long appeared new in just the past 6 weeks. Chad and I are humbled and grateful for friends and family who want to help, and we need your prayers and appreciate your love and concern. And we may need help, sooner than later, but right now we want to do all we can to help ourselves. So we listed the truck on KSL. Chad told me not to put a price, but the site made me, and it is not worth 50,000. So whoever gives us the best offer we will take it. It is such a cute truck. This past Christmas I saw it on Christmas cards, door mats( of which I have one) and ornaments for trees and doors. So here is the link. We love you all and appreciate your prayers and kindness. We are truly blessed. God bless you are dear friends. https:// classifieds.ksl.com/listing/71231498 “
Many have wanted to help in smaller ways for my parents. God bless each of you for your kindness.
