Chad Holvig's Memorial Service

Hi there, this is Kayla Holvig, Chad Holvig's niece. I am starting a fundraiser to help with my Uncle Chad's funeral expenses. As you all know, losing Chad happened very unexpectedly and unfortunately, we need help making sure his memorial service is taken care of.

As a family, this is the last thing we ever thought we would be doing, and I'm sure it's the last thing Chad would have ever thought would happen to him. He was supposed to be here for all the special life events, birthdays, and holidays. He wasn't supposed to go this soon. We know it, and he knows it.. that being said, I'd like to make this more of a celebration of his life rather than a funeral, as he wouldn't want any of us to be sad. He'd want us to come together and share all of the fun memories he brought to our lives.

So in lou of Chad and what he's always stood for which is "family is everything", I know he'd appreciate us coming together to take care of each other as he has always done.

Planning a funeral for a loved one is very hard, but when you're surrounded by people who remind you of all the beautiful things a person brought to the world, it makes it a little easier. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.
